      I don’t collect current PNG (or follow what’s happening, other than trying to get information for the journal) but was struck by this comment from a circular email from a Sydney dealer:

      “PNG seem to have stopped producing stamps nothing has been issued for
      almost a year now. There are 13 issues listed on the web site for June
      to September. Will see if anything arrives soon”

      Any comments/thoughts/observations?

      I suspect that PNG will, sadly, shortly become a Failed State.
      Stamps are being produced. IGPC has recently released two “International” themed issues and PNG Post is using the Personalised Stamps equipment and stationery to produce both uprating and full rate stamps.
