I recently ‘came back’ to the hobby after an absence of 25 years. I’m wondering if there has been any published material during that time of scarcity ratings for PNG postmarks. Valuations would be even better but I’m guessing that auction prices realized may be the only source for that.
I’d like to get a scan an article that might help from PPS Stamp News #72, December 1964, quoted in Vern Rutherford’s Postal History 1984.
