With reference to Jim Maloney’s article in PNG Calling – Vol 60 – No 4 – Issue 264.<br>
Two stamps with “Fuzzy Spots”. There seems to be various intensity of printings. The first image shows a definite spot
in the top part of “E” then it bleeds out around it.
I cannot tell if the spot is under or over the text?.
Image 2 shows the less intense, fuzzy spots, under the belly of the fish, along with a a dark spot as in Jim’s article.
Note the intensity of the text printing and overprint block of both stamps. I find this interesting, just thought I would share.
