I require information on the OHMS handstamp. It has been noted recently on two Panton covers and a Davies cover. The image is courtesy of Empire Stamp Auctions (Steve Drewett). The colour of the handstamp is probably black, but on a blue envelope it appears blue. My initial thought was that the sender had been creative with his own handstamp, but this was doused when advised that it was on covers from different collectors. Any help appreciated. (N.B.
