It’s been suggested that our current environment (and strange times they are indeed!) is an ideal time to try an online PPS meeting. At this point, there is no agenda or plan – this is just to gauge interest.
The thought was to use Zoom to join together. If you have used it, you’ll know it’s an easy app to manage and perfect for this suggested meeting. And if you have not yet used it, hop on board now and join the rest of the world sharing digital contact. It’s super easy to install and use and is free. I’d be happy to post some ‘how to’ videos if anyone would like to know more.
The challenge is to find a time that suits as many people as possible – ah hah, that’s where it get difficult. Steve Zirinsky (who made the suggestion) has nominated some times that might suit as many members as possible:
7AM NY
Noon in London
1 pm in Berlin
9PM in SydneyAs he is NY, you can see he has been generous with his times! That is just a suggestion and we can consider that further, depending on time zones of interested members.
So, if you are interested, please respond – reply to this post or direct to my email: richard@muller.id.au.
And if not, then there is always London 2021 (where Alan Grey’s Gold Medal BNG postal history display has now been accepted).

Richard,
Count me in.
9pm Sydney time is fine. Could even do a 10pm start, if Steve wants to sleep in!

For those not familiar with Zoom, here are some good intro videos – and a link to their site (ps – I have no financial interest in them!)
