Details regarding the June 23 Zoom meeting have been circulated and are also available on the website.
This presents an excellent opportunity to complete our 2020 AGM (which is permitted to be held online). It will be a VERY brief prelude to the main online meeting – so don’t worry about endless admin details.
There are 3 items on the Agenda:
– Approve minutes from the 2019 meeting
– Accept and approve Treasurer’s Report and Accounts
– Any other business
Both the 2019 AGM Minutes and Treasurer’s Report and Accounts are now available on the website – simply access the LIBRARY and the very bottom of the list is the “2020 AGM” file with these documents.
If any member wishes to propose an item for ‘Other business’, please forward that direct to me (richard@muller.id.au) no later than the 20th.
