I am currently compiling a provenance census of the sheet numbers that escaped destruction when the issue was abandoned.

So far, I have 694, 2840 and 2992 from the London printing and 13257 & 13275  from the Melbourne printing.

Contributions with further sheet numbers, images and provenance welcome.

A further 3 sheets have come to light, all from the Melbourne printing, all still intact and none on the secondary market – 13255, 13268 and 13269.
